Returns and Shipping Policy
You may return most new, unworn and unwashed items with tags attached and receipt within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If items do not have tags, receipt is not present, or 14 days have passed, a store credit will be issued for the lowest sale price. Items may be returned in store or you may ship the item back to us using the carrier of your choice.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing an order. Statement Boutique is not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address, and will not refund or replace items that are damaged, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered. Once an item is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the local post office with any setbacks that occur while in transit.
