After checking out with your plan, we'll be in touch to organize to check a few things with you, including a possible soft credit check. Once you've passed our checks, you'll be able to select your first bag from our collections.

We'll authorise your card at checkout but you won't be charged until you're approved. If you don't pass our checks, don't worry, you won't be charged.

All of our bags are available to borrow or purchase. Members receive special pricing to purchase bags they're currently borrowing.

Flexible to you

Love a piece or have a holiday coming up? Choose to keep your bag for as long as you like or swap it as often as every month.

Short commitment

Our 3 month minimum commitment allows us to offer unmatched value to our members. After that, you can cancel or pause at any time.

How do I swap my bag?

Returning your borrowed bag is super easy—just start the return online or pop it back in the mail using the included returns label. Once we’ve received your fabulous bag, you’ll be all set to pick out a shiny new one from our collections!

What if I damage the bag?

Normal wear and tear is always included as part of your rental membership. We understand that accidents happen! If you're having an issue, let us know and we can figure out a solution together. You can read the full terms and conditions of our bag membership here.
